This policy applies to the delivery of physical training materials, certificates, merchandise, or other tangible items related to our courses. Digital courses are delivered immediately upon enrollment and payment confirmation. Offline training follows the venue and schedule specified during course enrollment.
1.2Digital Course Delivery
For online courses and digital materials:
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation
Login credentials will be sent to your registered email address
Course content can be accessed for the given stipulated timing from any device with internet connection
Course access period is as specified during enrollment (Stipulated time frame)
1.3Physical Materials Delivery
For shipment of physical training materials, certificates, or merchandise:
Delivery timelines for certificates: 20-25 business days for after successful completion of training program
Delivery is subject to India Post, courier partner availability, and address accessibility
Shipping address must be complete and accurate as per pincode database
Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout and must be paid before shipment
1.4Offline Training Delivery
For in-person/offline training programs:
Venue address, date, and time are communicated during registration
Training materials will be provided at the venue or mailed separately before the training date
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transport and accommodation
1.5Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. The Company is not liable for:
Incorrect addresses provided by the user
Delayed delivery due to address issues
Loss or damage due to incomplete or inaccessible address
1.6Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via whatsapp once physical materials are shipped. Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking ID on the courier's website. For inquiries about shipment status, contact sathish@globalgoldfoundation.com.
1.7Lost or Damaged Shipments
If materials are lost or damaged during transit:
Report the issue within 5 days of expected delivery
Provide photographic evidence of damage (if applicable)
The Company will arrange replacement or refund as per the courier partner's insurance policy
1.8Non-Delivery
If materials are not delivered within the specified timeline despite correct address:
Report non-delivery within 10 days of expected delivery
Provide order number and tracking reference
The Company will file a claim with the courier and provide updates within 5-7 business days
1.9Modification and Cancellation
Shipment details can be modified only before the package is dispatched. Once dispatched, no modifications are possible. Contact sathish@globalgoldfoundation.com immediately for any changes.
1.10 International Delivery
Currently, the Company ships physical materials within India only. For specific arrangements, please contact sathish@globalgoldfoundation.com.
